I had a really good experience. They gave me aChance when no one else would from the minute I applied to the moment I got my car it was amazing they were kind and definitely made sure I drove away In the car I wanted with a fair price! I am going to be referring them to everyone I know who needs a car finance knowing they will be in great hands. Also I love how fast the whole process was from start to finish I had my car in less then a week after applying. So happy thanks guys !

Be mindful of finance when you buy, although I had a strong credit rating they acquired a loan for me through a seperate finance group (located next door) that came with a 14.49% rate, at the time they said it was the best rate around due to market and covid but some phone calls later easily found a rate almost half that.Remember the higher rate loan they sell the bigger the brokerage feeAgain this isn’t the dealer but the lender company they the dealer direct buyers to use so it is linked.

As a female with no knowledge about cars I was very apprehensive about the task of selling my car and buying a used one. So I consider myself incredibly lucky to have met Paul Whittaker. A true professional in the industry who went above and beyond what I could possibly have expected in terms of customer service, attention to detail, helpfulness, advice and thoroughness. He not only got me the very best prices to get my car ready to sell, he met with buyers and got me a fantastic price. He then assisted me to identify a replacement, going out of his way to inspect cars on my behalf whilst I was overseas and reporting back to me, rejecting many I would certainly have chosen for all the wrong reasons, until we found an excellent deal. You don’t meet many people like Paul who are driven by strong values and doing the ‘right thing’ and I’m really happy to write a review and highly recommend Paul if you are looking for an honest, kind professional who truly wants the best deal for you.

Haven’t been here yet but after reading some of the reviews here I think I will be having some of my friends at the Department of Transport to come down and with a warrant to check over all the vehicles as you are selling used vehicles you are obligated to make sure they pass a road safety test plus a check on history of the vehicle. No need to panic if you haven’t got anything to hide.
