I needed a hair cut. Walked into Just Cuts. Waited only 10 minutes. Lovely girl, welcomed me. Sat me down. Cut my hair, well.I paid, only $34.00, quoted $75.00 else where. Aged pension took off a couple of dollars. I left, job well done. Thank you Just Cuts, Stockland Hervey Bay..

The ladies always do a good haircut and actually listen to their customers wants/ needs

Honestly wanted to cry when I left this place. I went in for a trim and came out with my hair two completely different lengths. The hairdresser had cut half my hair up to my shoulders and left the rest so it looked like I had a mullet. I ended up having to go to another hairdresser and have it cut back up to my shoulders. She couldn’t believe the state it was in when it came to her. Definitely am disappointed after visiting this hair salon.

My husband went in for a haircut yesterday 42 dollars highway robbery was not worth it will not be going back again when other hairdressers charge 25 dollars

Got a hair cut and explained what I wanted she cut my hair very short I had long hair can’t even but my hair behind my ears horrible don’t go there I would give it a 0 stars

Never ever go to this place. The worst service I received in my entire life. I guess a 5 year old can cut Better than them. I wanted a zero skin fade on side and beard trim. Not they didn’t do it right plus it was uneven every where.When I explained them hair is not even which is a basic thing in hair cut, they asked me am I first time at just cuts and I should go to a proper barber to get a proper haircut. I can’t believe, then why are they open for business?I even had to ask them a tissue to wipe off the hair from my face and neck.They charged me $51 for this worst service!

If i could give this salon zero stars i would. My hair was quite short and I've been trying to grow it out, so i only wanted a trim and a bit of a style to get me through the awkward stage. I also had a shampoo and had it left wet so it would dry naturally. I didn't realise just how bad it was until i brushed it to get ready for work. It looked like a mullet. All my previous layers on the top of my head had been cut off, the sides hadn't been cut to blend in and the back was left long.I went to another hairdresser to have it fixed and i was shown the extent of the damage. Where i couldn't see on the back of my hair was horrible. The left side of hair had been cut, with chunks missing and the right side looked completely untouched. It looked like that side had been forgotten. The new lady i saw was amazing. It took her over half an hour to fix the mess i was left with and have really short hair again now. I will never step foot in there again and feel like i should warn others to be careful if they go there. I am absolutely disgusted.

I absolutely love the male hairdresser! He is so creative and brilliant!!! Loved the services and for once walked out with something different!! I can recommend him for sure. He still has his artistic flair!!!

The haircut was good but $32 for a child is robbery IMO. Won't be back again
