I had a log book service today and just want to say thank-you. The mechanic was really nice and fixed my concerns and didn't charge me for things I had already replaced myself (spark plugs)He also used the oil I had requested and didn't charge an arm for it either. Definitely recommend and will use this service from now on! I had complained to mechanics in the past about my car idling and this mechanic fixed it without me even asking. Thanks so much! Will see you again next time. :)

took car to this Mechanic and told him I had suspension issues and possible damages front wheel bearing and he wouldn't even have a look at the car for me said he couldn't do it, was rude and aggressive. what mechanic wont have a look at a car when it feels unsafe to drive he should not be a Mechanic

Car had been regularly serviced by Toyota and had 0 issues for several years. Took the car to Ninja Auto once and as soon as I drove the car home after a service (10 min drive), I heard noises that I hadn't heard before. Took the car back but was treated with aggression in response. Yes these things can happen but I question how this happened within 10 minutes of the car being serviced by him. Also left the car a bit grubby with his dirt marks on the seat and panels. His aggresive rude response alone is enough to put me off from going back. Rather pay a bit more and get quality reliable service directly from Toyota.

Ninja Auto has performed work on my care on several occassions. This business provides an excellent, reliable service. Most importantly I completely trust the mechanic with my car and he is always upfront and honest with the cost of repairs. I will happily continue to have my car serviced and repaired at Ninja Auto.
