A very nice motel to stay in. The room is very generous and clean, even with a double seater lounge and spa bath. There's everything you need in a motel room. Very quiet area. The ladies at reception with very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Like others have mentioned: Not particularly clean. The only interaction with staff was by phone. Restaurant is closed (they blame COVOD, but other restaurants nearby were open). Also the room wasn't serviced the whole week I was there.

Great stay at Gateway on Monash. Staff are exceptional, Achilles and Rose were two staff that I had spoken to and they went above and beyond for me. I felt very comfortable having my staff member stay here while training at a nearby facility. Very convenient having the free onsite parking and being able to walk to many locations after a long day working. Great value with all the amenities, makes for a very comfortable stay.

The night team were very accommodating at short notice. I called around 7pm and arrived just before 8:30, there was plenty of parking space for my Hilux and trailer.Both the night and morning teams were very friendly and helpful. I have a rather soft-spot for the decor as well, very warm wood everywhere you look.The room was tidy and very comfortable, I opted for the disabled/shower room instead of the spa for simplicity. But next time I'll have to look at the spa option.As an added bonus, the hotel is just around the corner from my old office, so I am looking forward to returning soon.

This was a curious place to stay. For some reason there was no reception. All my interaction with staff was by phone. A number left on the front door and an apology. The staff on the phone were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and as one would expect, had a mini bar and tea and coffee. There are no microwaves and facilities for self catering. There were no breakfast or meal options so I had to find local alternatives. The location suited my business needs. The place was quiet with there were only a few guests so noise was not a problem. I didn't I will stay here again though.

Perfect for what we wanted, quiet, relaxing motel, bottle shop and food only 2 minute walk. Spa was clean and pe4fect for 2. Best weekend in a long time.
