My first contact with Trish over the phone was very informative.Being a first-time Spoodle owner l was grooming my dog Crickette incorrect.This caused many knots and drying her incorrectly after her bath caused knots. Trish demonstrated how to brush Crickettes coat and correct drying after bathing. Crickette was clipped and was a happier dog .Our forever groomer.

I take Ruby my cavoodle to see Trish every 4 weeks for a bath and grooming. Trish looks after her as if she were her own dog. It's the best feeling knowing Ruby's in good hands.

We are so happy with Alfie’s groom. I’ve always been a little hesitant when going to other groomers due to having a bad experience. From the first moment we reached out to make a booking, Brooke is so professional, friendly and welcoming. We booked Alfie in and there was great follow up confirming his appointment. So effortless! When we went to the salon, it’s beautiful, clean, warm and welcoming and we could tell that she really cares and is passionate about Animals. Great service, and he was done so quickly too. Our overall experience 5/5 and even better, it was the first time we’ve picked Alfie up and he wasn’t anxious. He was very calm and relaxed! A happy dog indeed. He’s received so many compliments on how great his groom is already too! You can tell Brooke takes such good care of any pets who go through her doors - she treats them just like her own! Best experience and highly recommend!

How disappointing to be treated so poorly after years of bringing our 2 dogs here. Will be glad to get them a new groomer with a better customer experience

Trish does an absolutely amazing job and was great at squeezing my boy in at the last minute! Very fairly priced and was great at explaining the breakdown of cost and the things I can do to avoid expensive grooming sessions in the future (ie. combing with a wide toothed comb!). This is the second time my boy has been to Trish and each time he has come back happy and handsome. Would recommend to all ++.
