This practice is amazing! I recently brought home a rescue dog and brought her in for a check up. Every question I had was answered and the vet Jo was extremely thorough. They were very helpful - giving me tips and recommendations for her health. The reception staff and Jo were professional and lovely to work with but most importantly - they are dog lovers! so I will definitely be back

First time definitely last timeMy dog’s grooming was an awful experience from start to finishI was told I could drop off from 8 -30 am to 10am and then dogs would be groomed in the order they were dropped off. I dropped her at 9-00 am and she was only ready 7.5 hours later. As an old “lady” of 12 she was traumatised, starving and thirsty ( despite being told she would be given food and water)My grooming preferences were ignoredTo add to the unprofessional grooming, the price that was quoted on the phone 10 days earlier was inaccurate and I charged $15 more without explanation nor respect for the fact that I was misquoted. The quote on the phone was more expensive than anywhere else to start. So the $15 extra was unjustifiedThe feel of the place was “ factory like “. No personal touch at allIt appears that this is a “ no care for animals “ money making racketStay away at all costs

Such lovely staff, highly knowledgeable and helpful. Vet Anita took the time to explain clearly what she was thinking, and gave options re treatments and medications. My dogs and cat feel quite relaxed when visiting (most of the time!) and the human and doggie treats that are offered on the counter are appreciated by all. Highly recommend.

They are such a lovely and professional veterinary service. The girls on reception are always so welcoming and the vets are great. They have an excellent follow up service and care at this practice. I am always happy to have my little pug Piccolo treated here and recommend them totally.

The BEST care you could hope for. We had to put my dads dog down - they had been caring for her for years and could not be kinder…. The best bet I have been to.

The staff at the practice are friendly and happy and the veterinarians and nurses are caring and skilled. The premises are clean and the waiting area comfortable. Parking is also quite easy.

Fabulous service. They are wonderful with Honey. It doesn’t matter which vet you get they are all divine. We always know she is in good hands. Online booking system is also convenient & front desk staff are knowledgeable and helpful!
