Our ducted heating system was broken and we were advised by companies that it would be costly replacing the heating unit as it was on top of the ceiling. We then changed our mind and got quotes get split system installed in our house. Frank from Advance Heating & Cooling is one of the companies that offered us best value for money. Frank was at our place to give a quote for split system, however he noticed that we have vents for ducted heating. He enquired why we do not want to repair or replace ducted heating unit. He then looked at the broken heater and gave a quote for replacement of the heater which was half the price of the split system.We really appreciate his honesty unlike other companies that looked at our heating system never mentioned replacing the heater.They also replace the heater within the given timeframe.We are not hesitant to recommend Advance Heating & Cooling to anyone.We appreciate their honesty, politeness and professionalism.

Frank came out to speak to me about what I wanted (removal of old ducted heating and cooling system & installation of new one) Frank explained all my options and sent the quote out very quickly. The workers were very professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves. They also kept me informed during the whole process. These guys clearly know their stuff. Best price I could find on Mitsubishi Heavy Aircon split systems. Frank gave a really comprehensive onsite quote and ran everything by us in terms where on the house the systems would ideally be. They were on time. Really efficient - got three split systems installed in half a day, did it with care and cleaned up everything afterwards. It all looks neat and unobtrusive. Would highly recommend them.
