Love Bardot! I was stoaked when I drove past and spotted their sample store on my lunch break. I ended up buying a few items from there online site that night and was very happy. The girl that served me was very helpful and friendly I'll be back :)

The CS team were super helpful when I needed to track my order from the recent sales. Their service and advice was matched only by the beautiful pieces Bardot continually creates. Grateful!

This is no longer a factory outlet open to the public. They have moved it all to Bridge Road, Richmond.

I am not happy with the online shopping experience. I purchased 3 items 2 weeks ago which they marked as 'final sale'. Later on there was further 30% off on all sale items within a week. I wrote to support to request a refund of 30% of my purchase as there has been a discount within one week after I purchased it. They rejected it saying 'final sale' means no return, it doesn't mean there is no further discount. The attitude from the support isn't vert nice as well, just feel like they want to get away from you asap. I don't think I will shop with Bardot anymore even though the styles are nice.

I bought a dress from Bardot Fountinegate Shopping Centre for my daughter. I had to change the size of the dress the next day. On 25/11/2019, the shop gave me a credit for $ 231.98 valid for 6 months as they did not have the required size. At the end of December, Bardot Shops were closed. I communicated with Bardot by phone and Email asking how I can buy an object or refund. I, unfortunately, was told that I cannot refund or use that for online shopping whilst they continue selling online and emails of advertisement keep coming. This is simply unacceptable!

I just bought 2 dresses for my 9 year old daughter online and she loves them!!! Such a great quality and fit.

Very good pricing but not too many sizes. I'm a 10 and couldn't find anything big enough for me.
