Lakes Hyundai

Rang Lakes Hyundai to find out what type of grease to use to repack my wheel bearings. Got put through to 3 different people and the third person I got put through to only had voicemail. I ended up calling my brother. Poor customer service.

hopeless... i called to discuss an issue with my I30, no problem waiting on hold, people are busy. but them answered by reception who was flippant and transferred me to service dept, still no answer after 10 minutes, how busy are you? Then I get sent through to voice mail when I had been holding for 15 minutes, whats the point of holding? So on the website i was perusing and a chat window opens and apparently a real person is there, what a robot this one is, only wants to book me a service when i need to speak to someone, so im unhappy and this robot doesnt try to fix me up or connect me to someone but says ok and shuts the chat. Hopeless....

Thankyou again Steve for the great customer service and friendly attitude. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with including Megan from admin and Amanda with delivering the car and explaining all the features. Definitely recommend there services to family and friends.Thanks again to all the team that made it an awesome experience.

Best experience buying a car ever... I'd highly recommend the team here if you appreciate staff who will go above and beyond to ensure a good customer experience and treat you with such kindness and respect! The whole family too... even my kids loved it here.

I wish I could give more stars, the young lady I think her name was Ann Marie. She was very professional, polite and well spoken. She was accomodating and did everything she could to help me get on my way quickly. She explained everything clearly and is a true asset to the servicing team.

I do not recommend Lakes Hyundai at North Lakes. Find another Hyundai dealership if you are keen on owning a Hyundai car.My experience purchasing from Lakes Hyundai was absolutely appalling. A massive mistake was made in the allocation of stock for delivery of my vehicle. This mistake was not picked up by over half a dozen staff, but was instead picked up by me just before the transfer of funds for the sale of the vehicle.Their communication after this mistake was woeful. I only ever received an update if I was constantly chasing them. Mistakes were made again on the second allocation of stock... Make sure you check all paperwork with a fine tooth comb from this dealership.Post collection of my vehicle I have since emailed the dealership about my purchase experience and there has been no acknowledgement of the email. After this awful experience I could never recommend anyone purchase from Lakes Hyundai, I could even go as far as to say the Hyundai brand has been tainted for me. I would think twice before purchasing a second Hyundai after this experience.

Very helpful in getting information about the vehicles i would like to buy his name was Anthony which i was suprised as most car sales people want your phone number after they ask your name. He was very helpful in telling me where to find the cars i wanted and let me take the time to look inside and out of the cars i was interest and gave me the brochure about the cars and his card and still didnt ask for last name or phone number. And told me to bring the wife in and we can take the car for a drive. Outstanding sales person who knows the right way to get a sale.

I am so disappointed with my service at lakes Hyundai. My 3yr old Tuscon broke down on the 13th, they received it on the 16th and after I constantly rang them to see what was wrong I eventually on the 18th was told it was a warranty repair due to a bad transmission. Then they told me that it will take at least another 2wks for parts and service and they don’t have a loan car because you have to book them a month in advance. I rang customer service today and they told me that the warranty hasn’t even be put in yet so I definitely can’t get a loan car. I have health issues which make catching public transport and having to walk everywhere exhausting and painful. They’re customer service is appalling and I am now regretting dealing with them.

Jake and Scott have been fantastic from the get go. Communication has been amazing and the information provided has been consistent. Both have been very accommodating and are easily contactable if I've needed anything. Cannot fault Lakes Hyundai.
