Despite the previous reviews written my experience was the complete opposite. Natascha at Coco & Lola was truely wonderful, she showed a great level of expertise and professionalism and her customer service was impeccable. Her styling was classic, sophisticated and on trend. Thank you so much x

I purchase quite a few items from Coco & Lola and I find the staff to be fabulous - always friendly and welcoming and they will assist me with sizing and getting products from other stores if they don't have my size. I travel from the other side of town to shop there and always enjoy the experience

I wanted to support local Australian designers and shops but I wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing online. Beautiful dresses but unfortunately the customer service means I’ll be shopping elsewhere in future. I had to follow up multiple times over a month to receive any response to process an exchange. Unfortunately because of the delay I couldn’t use my store credit for another dress in time for the occasion for which I purchased it.I’ve also since noticed that when they have a sale you can almost always get the same dress on sale and even for better prices at another online shop with better refund/ exchange policies and customer service.

Please clean your store!! Mop and vacuum!! The Melbourne store is very dirty, can tell they don't clean their store. I placed my dress on the changing room chair and found 1 inch of dust clinging to the bottom of my dress... That is atrocious. Service was also very snobby...

Called their store to check if the item that I’m looking for is in stock so i can go and look at it to check the size and material in person and explained to girl named Kayla over the phone that it’s for my engagement party that’s why I’m trying to look at it before purchasing. She confirmed that they have the size and colour that I’m after, told her i will be there within an hour as I’m coming from far away she said she puts it aside for me. When i got there she told me they took the dress to dry cleaners!!!! Then what was the point of me calling and having that conversation?!! Couldn’t they wait for an hour to take that dress to dry cleaners?!! The customer service was awful, they were extremely rude and mean with A LOT OF attitude. Their dress collection is nice but the vibe of store is extremely off. Very unhelpful and unwelcoming

Incredibly frustrated with my experience at the Toorak store today. I brought back a dress I purchased on sale. I clearly said I'm going to look around and I might keep the dress. I didn't find anything suitable so decided to hang on to dress I originally purchased.The staff member already processed a credit note and then said I needed to re-purchase the dress at full price.Rather than apply common sense and sort it out, they had to see" if it was possible. They made me feel like I did something wrong. They were so rude and then said "we've honored the sale price on this occasion." They took no ownership of their mistake. No one is going to re-purchase their dress at full price!I've spent so much money in there and felt so angry from the experience. No customer service

Love the store and products but the customer service is just appalling. Every time I come in the staff ignore me. Clearly they don’t have anything to motivate them to make sales. As someone who manages a retail store, my staff need to offer assistance to a customer at least once. This is the bare minimum especially in a boutique store like coco and Lola. They can’t be wandering around in circles looking at the floor. My tip: hire saleswomen, not uninspired models.

4 staff members in store, no customers in sight (except me) and not one NOT ONE acknowledged my presence.Even just a friendly hello would have sufficed.Went into this store with every intention of buying a couple of summer outfits for Europe. Walked out , never again. Owner take note. Your staff need sometraining in basic customer service skills.

Recieved such an amazing service today by the staff at Coco & Lola. All four staff that were on this morning were extremely attentive, polite and professional. I purchased a beautiful dress which was steamed, hung and placed in a garment bag ready to go. Prior to my visit today, I had a 20-30 minute phone conversation to discuss the dresses in the store where without feeling rushed, Tayla had went through and searched the store for every piece I had requested for further description. I highly recommended this store. Amazing team! Amazing service!
