Really fun next to a kindergarten and half basketball court. Has a near kettle running loop around it and easy to connect to other trails.Lots of swings (only one for babies/ toddlers), a fun climbing structure, but sadly no monkey bars.

Lynnwood Parade Reserve is just next to Lynnwood Parade. There is a playground for the kids and there is a track for jogging and cycling. Good place for family event. There is a play school next to the park.
