I really don’t like have to write poor reviews… but the service left me with an acne-like rash. I got the sides of my face waxed, and the beautician used strip wax as opposed to hot wax which I think furthered the damage. The service was rushed, and quite rough. :(

After having the worst hair cut at l'etoile, I left the parlour with perfect brows. I was so happy with the kind service, the beautician checked with me throughout the process to ensure I was happy with the shape and colour and I couldn’t have been happier! Thank you <3

I visited this salon just over 2 months ago for the first time as I was told they provide a really good facial service which include extractions. I have been 3 times now for facials as my skin had a lot of congestion as previous salons I was going to weren’t doing the job correctly.I left the salon this evening feeling like my skin is finally on the right path. All the congestion has gone and my skin has never felt/ looked better. Thank you so much girls, you have given me my confidence back again! I would definitely recommend visiting the Parlour especially for facials and skin concerns

I had a shellac pedicure last week. I have ingrown nail problem and I was expecting these guys to treat them properly. When I came home, I was in pain. I thought she used different technique to treat ingrown nail. As soon as I arrived, I had to cut my nail again. Couple of days later,I noticed that ingrown nail is not treated and I had to cut them by myself. The equipment she used was not sterilised. They charged $85 for pedicure- no manicure.It was my first time there. I never go back. I do not recommend this place.Above is not my real name.

First wax here the other night.The clinic was such a cute boutique, it didn’t have the typical spa feel, just felt perfectly relaxed anyway.It was funky and interesting.The staff was brilliant, put me at ease and was very professional.
