I just want to say thank you to a staff member at Kmart in Albury. His name is Luke (that was his name tag), he works on the entrance at Kmart. He presented very professional, happy, and polite. Even though some people give the door staff a difficult time and refuse to show receipts, I've witnessed Luke remain professional and polite. Well done to this awesome kid, doing his job!

Great range of products apart from festivity & back to school products which are always low on stock. Would like them to order enough for that period.Really don't like the registers in the middle of the store & show your docket on the way out. As a normal person would do when you've purchased your products & taken your receipt - you put your card or cash away with your receipt & grab all your bags. With kmart, you then you have to struggle with your shopping to find the receipt to show someone at the entrance who is only checking the date & a quick skim of items. This is absolutely pointless unless you are going to match individual items off the receipt which would be time consuming for everybody.Overall the store is clean, tidy & the staff are always helpful & polite.

Why do service counter staff not respond to calls at all these days? I have pressed the button several times to call them, but they never come out of the back yard. When I loudly said that they finally came out, they behaved as if that was displeasing to me. So what should I have done? Keep pressing the buzzer? Wait there for 15 minutes or more when they never came out? Please tell me. I really wonder how to react quickly.

This 5 star review goes to “Harry” twice I have been in the store in the past 2 weeks and Harry has been on the front end.Hand in heart I can honestly say it’s the first time since going to the store for the past 8 years that I have seen any form of customer service..Harry spoke ! Harry was real ! Harry was human !I hope everyone gets trained to smile, greet customers and be just like Harry!What a delightful young man.

Kmart is probably always my number one got to shop if I need something cheep and good quality, it is good priced and the staff are always helpful, and the layout is pretty good too. Opening hours are really good as well.Couldn't recommend more.

My friends and I came into the store today, and this short lady with brown hair (and glasses, i think? i couldn’t see her name tag) kept harassing us and wouldn’t let us look at anything. We were reading a book and she comes up to us , saying “if you’re not buying it put it down. you shouldn’t have this book.” how are you supposed to know if you like something without reading it? she is so disrespectful and always ruins our shopping experience!!.

Disappointed today to find ZERO trolleys available. As I wanted to purchased several heavy items I asked the door boy if any trolleys were coming his answer was no!I explained I wanted to buy some heavy items and needed a trolley all to no avail therefore I left and spent my money elsewhere.
