Sadly, I have to echo the previous review submitted. This organisation have been appalling to deal with. We have had numerous appointments cancelled in the last 12 months and have paid upfront for this. They have been unresponsive to emails and it is impossible to actually speak to anyone when you contact their office number. My advice to anyone seeking an assessment or diagnosis is to please look elsewhere to have this done, you will be saving yourself a lot of time and headache.

Horrible service, waited 8 months for appointment, then changed to a date 3 months later.Call for clarification why?No apology, blamed people who no longer work there.Out dated information on voice message system.Apparently the reception is the Operations manager and answers to no one else.Don't waste your time or money.
