Often when agents give you a valuation on your home its usually inflated in order to secure the listing. So your house ends up sitting on the market until the selling price is corrected to reflect the market. But not Damian. He sold my home quickly at the top end of the range he recommended with the minimum of fuss. Thanks Damo'

Poor thoughtless service.Attempted to knowingly charge arrears from previous tenants lease. Complete lack of concern communicating to Landlords that continually entering the property without notice. Chaotic dishonest rent recording system which displaying multiple mistakes recording SMS notifications and letters that were never sent.

I found Caine Real Estate to be outstanding in all areas. The salesman guided us in all aspects in preparing the property for sale. This lead to our home being sold within a week and they surpassed our reserve price. They had a huge number of inspections through in which we were very happy with. He was in constant contact with us informing us of everything that was going on. They sold our house without placing an ad in the local property guide as well. I would highly recommend anyone to sell, buy or rent through Caine Real Estate Ballarat. Thanks so much for your outstanding result you have done for us.

Thank you to Nichole. Nichole went out of her way to find an investment property for our son so he could get into the the property market. Speaking to Nichole, she put into account of his limited budget and type of property. Nichole was absolutely outstanding with her communication, and guided us all the way to settlement.
