Gayle is an awesome instructor, she is patient, methodical and very articulate with explaining the techniques. Thank you Gayle for making me feel more confident about skiing. I hope I will have you again as my instructor in the next season. :)

Be warned about booking lessons, they don't give refund even if you accidentally made a mistake way ahead of actual class. Don't buy anything unless you're absolutely sure. Instead they give you credits for next purchase. Seriously would I want to buy anything from someone who just refused me a genuine request for refund? I am a visitor I will not ever return after this holiday, how am I supposed to use up the credit. The only good thing is the admin do reply promptly but still not a good start to the trip already... disappointing.
