Amazing service and range. The team really went above and beyond to ensure we got the right tapware for our house.

I was very impressed by the service I received when I first went to the store but once they had my money the service was very disappointing. Not once did an item arrive on time. I constantly had to chase them (and turn away my plumbers twice because things hadn't arrived as promised) and each time I rang I spoke to someone different who didn't know about my order. Seems to be a complete lack of communication between the staff. The final item was a week late arriving and then when it turned up it was the wrong thing (our fault) but they wanted $200 to return it. Ridiculous. We will be doing 2 more bathrooms at our house but I will not be returning to icon.Just to add that the semi inset basin we were sold with a $1500 vanity didn't actually fit either as it sat too low for the waste to clear the top drawer. Hence, we had to cut a hole in the top drawer to make it fit as was already attached to the wall and given my earlier experience with Icon (as above) I wasn't going to bother trying to return it and get an option that actually fit. Not happy at all and removing another star.

I am so happy with my bathroom. I bought the brushed gold tap ware and sink from here ( I also bought a kitchen and bathroom sink also). Zach and the rest of the team were super professional. I would highly recommend them . It's perfect . so professional and easy to work with.
