Worst service ever. Ordered pizzas, watched on the app for an hour nothing changed, rang up, staff didn’t care, no knowledge of where our pizzas were, 45 minutes later a young girl knocks on the door, tired, frustrated, sick to death of getting abused because of incompetent staff and management. Pizzas were soggy, cold and revolting. Complained to head office and received a voucher in the mail from them. If I could give zero star, I would. Never eat here again, was a weekly customer, not anymore.

Costing more, less topping, going elsewhere, wanting $8.05 for a pizza special that was 5 bucks not long ago, soz for winge but its just getting worse. I know cost of living is going up, they charge more and also take away at same time. Freah fish and chips is only $2 more then their cheapest pizza, no value in dominos, not wanting to go again.

The supervisor mekehi abused on me just because I was asking the prices and then abused from a junior . The owner came and it was worst then her.What a nightmare. Where is the customer service? The complaint will be sent to Dominos.

Terrible pizza, terrible service. Had to get a reorder done and told I have to come collect which I told them wasn't possible. They did deliver the remakes. Pizza presentation was terrible! I called to complain, to which the only problem they saw was we were missing anchovies. Supreme doesn't look like a Supreme, I've been showing my friends the photos asking them to find it. In the photo there is 3 different pizzas yet all look like the same slop. Remakes were better, but Supreme still didn't look anything like the photos on wed site. I asked for creme fresh on only 1 and got it on all 3, they said it was just the cheese. Looked like the creme and other people in the house can't eat it as it makes them sick.I will never order from here again. Phone service was just as bad as the pizza.Edit: I was looking through the ratings and out of 60 ratings, 40 of them where 3 or lower stars. Majority were 1 stars.Maybe you guys should work on that?

A bit hit and miss, when it's busy, the pizzers seem to be u der cooked. Also, we got 2 wrong pizzas last time, which the kids weren't happy about.

Short and sweet with a pinch of sour.The Domino's Hervey Bay store is in a convenient location on BHD. Staff, I have encountered, always pleasant and obliging.However...as a direct comparison, I find pizza's from Torquay store just better, from memory I've already given them a great review...fresh, great toppings, etc.Great pizza's, for outstanding value and convenience...go you good things.

Perfect example of cost cutting and mediocrity. Doughy with nasty sugar laden sauces. Given a choice, I would never choose to buy them myself, but my kids seem to like them - Effed if I know why.

Ordered two pizzas - one ham and pineapple and one supreme. Both pizzas were very light on toppings. The supreme did not look like the online photo. It had very little ground beef, couldn’t see any pepperoni and very scarce cheese. Considering the supreme was twice the price of the ham and pineapple, there was little difference between the two. My husband called to complain and was spoken over. He was told the pepperoni was at the bottom - not sure where that was! We’ve ordered Dominoes pizzas in Brisbane for a long time and have always been happy with the Dominoes product. We’re definitely not satisfied this time. I think a refund was in order, not a free pizza which I doubt we will collect.
