Melissa did an absolutely amazing job on my skin! I’ve had two treatments now and I am so pleased with the results!! My skin had a lot of breakouts and after the first treatments and home care kit she suggested the redness has gone done and the acne has gone!! Plus my skin is feeling brighter, cleaner and softer than it ever has before. I love going here and always look forward to my next appointment.Also Melissa is just one of the sweetest and kindest people, and not only educated me on my skin and how I could treat it, but makes me feel like a friend not a client. Look I loved the design but the lady convinced me to go with bio gel and said it would last longer than sns - I had the sns on for 5 weeks. One nail broke after 6 days. Paid $100

Had never been here until I was given a voucher as a gift. Was so pleased with the result of my facial, so I made another booking! I've had facials and also eyebrow feathering by Melissa. She was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Melissa and the team! Very happy customer.

Disappointing experience. Salon is extremely dirty and unhygienic - nail clippings everywhere, skin shavings left over from previous customers, foot-spas are dirty and not drained and/or cleaned between clients, mani/pedi tools are also not cleaned or sterilised between customers etc. Treatments are overpriced and the overall service was very rushed and rough - cuticles bleeding. Staff were also impatient, rude and unhappy while carrying out services.

Melissa is the best esthetician I have ever gone to. I have been seeing her for over a year and cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my skin. Her expertise around skin, the lymphatic system, massage and the latest facial technologies and techniques is beyond anything I have experienced, and the exhaustive research she has put into the products she offers at Aki’s ensures that my results last well beyond my visits with her. I cannot recommend her and Aki’s enough!

The girl doing my nails didn’t seem experienced as she was constantly hurting me with the drill. I asked what bio gel was and she told me that it was a better option to acrylic as it’s less chemicals and just as strong and they don’t do acrylic there. I asked the price difference and she said it’s the same price thinking I’d be paying $50-$60 max for an infill but I was charged $85. My nails are bendy and sore. Come to find out later they actually do offer acrylic as it’s on their menu but I wasn’t given that option.

I have had my eyebrows waxed three times here - the last time, the eyebrow wax they used was too hot and so my skin was burnt and peeled for a few days. So it was good until then. It is very inexpensive.

I was recommended by a friend for lash extensions and I am so grateful. Melissa fit me in at the last minute, did great lashes in half the time I have experienced in the past and within the week I returned for eyebrow feathering. I would definitely recommend visiting Melissa.
