Total Care Removalist this is best company I have ever used they arrange my house move in such a sort notice as my previous removalist cancelled my job my friend recommended me this company. Staff is very helpful.

If I could give a zero for the company I would. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Total Care Removals. Communication and transparency are not their strong point. Total care offered a great price but changed out uplift time twice. I made contact with the company when we were close to the end of pick up window. I was told that the removalists would be another hour. There was no apology or explanation. When they removalists arrived they told us that we hd too many items and it would take two loads. They refused to move our bed and said our furniture was very big. The removalists rang their boss and got in their van and left; telling me that they were going to get a bigger van. Their boss preceded to phone me and tell me that they had cancelled my job.It was clear that this company are a bunch of cowboys who are inexperienced. Don’t be fooled by the good price. You get what you pay for! Avoid like the plague unless you want extra stress!

Do not waste your time with these people. Unprofessional. They did not tell me they would be hours late or that their tow truck had a problem. Terrible service
