Depending on what chemist is on...great help and service . One chemist is fantastic the other needs to take a course in speaking to people

I purchased a box of the optifast vanilla flavour (Nestle) product on the 22/09/20. After having 6 satchels i released that the expiry date was best before 19/03/20. That's more than 6 months out of date and i fill sick from having this.I have now had to attend to a doctors appointment with sore stomach reactions, headaches and nausea.I purchased this from your craigieburn store (9B/10 Craigieburn Rd, Craigieburn VIC 3064)and sorry to say i'm really disgusted in this. 6 months past the due date really?My wife went back to the store yesterday and all they offered was a exchange not even a refund? My wife called me from the store and i asked to speak to the manager on duty and all he offered was an exchange until i continued to ask for a full refund. Basically he didn't even care.My wife then pointed out that they still had 2 boxes on the shelf with the same expiry date. What type of service is this and what type of pharmacy doesn't even regularly check expiry dates. Its disgraceful and disappointing that Priceline have let me down.After receiving the refund my wife went to a different pharmacy where they were more than happy to provide service as well as a product that was in date.I have had to stay home from work until my symptoms are resolvedPriceline You have lost a customer now as well as friends / family Disgraceful

I have used the Pharmacy since 2000 before Lewis and Priceline took it over. Initially it was better than others in the area because they always had my medications whereas others sometimes didn't. When Lewis took over they got even better. The staff are friendly. Lewis is always helpful, even deliverying to my family's home when my husband was dieing. Thanks Lewis you are spectacular!

I have going here for over 20 years when it use to be Amcal. Lewis the best pharmacist there and always happy to give you helpful information and there a little short pharmacist who makes my life a living hell there, it's to inconvenient for him to administer my meds, let's just say he can be a grump or not even serve me. I am often ignored by this person.The prices within this store are overpriced but the actually service staff are helpful most of the time.Make sure to check ticked priced to what your being charged at the counter.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was in urgent need of medication and this was the closest pharmacy. To my shock they were closed when I went at 4.30pm on a Sat. As a pharmacy you have a responsibility towards the community and just because you don’t get customers due to the road works doesn’t mean you close early. I am so lucky that Chemist Warehouse stick to their opening and closing times. It did take me a bit of a drive but luckily I got what I needed. You have lost a customer that Chemist warehouse has now gained.

guys be careful because they have some expired products on shelf. i bought baby formula milk which i have realised later was expired. When i went back for refund pharmacist was very rude to me. Terrible customer service

An excellent pharmacy with some nice things.We love going to this pharmacy as they know us there and give us great service. I'm on a lot of meds and they get it right. They also know who to bill for my meds. A close family member is wheelchair bound and has particular meds and charge the correct mob as he doesn't pay for his meds himself. They will also give him some meds to tide him over for a few days if he needs a new prescription. Of course I know not everyone will be looked after the same way, but knowing us, and knowing what we have regularly, we are looked after. I'm sure everyone who is in a similar situation would also be looked after as we are.I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the area.
