ILS Fyshwick (formerly Leef)

We have been customers of Leef in its many iterations, Mobility Matters being the first.Leaf in its current form provides excellent service. A special mention goes to Sean who is polite, courteous and absolutely professional. We highly recommend this facility.

My initital experience in this store was very positive. However, one of the items I wanted was not instore so it was put on order. When I phoned up to find if my item had arrived the friendly" team member was extremely unhelpful and didn't seem able to tell me whether it had arrived or not. She said she would "try" to find out the following day and promised to call me back. When no such call came I made a follow-up call and spoke to the same person she told me she would find out "when she had time". Again no return call so the next day I phoned again and was told the item had arrived. Very disappointing service from a company that prides themselves on excellent customer service."

Had the most amazing experience with the staff at this showroom. Super helpful and friendly would highly recommend !!

Terrible business, avoid them

We were at Leef a couple of weeks ago looking for a mobility walker for my husband. Initially, we googled the place to find the location but after reading the negative reviews, I was a bit concern.AS soon as we entered, the staff approached and ask if we needed any assistance. We found the staff attending to us very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is too difficult for her to answer to our queries. We tried a few of the walkers and she even make sure that the one we chose is suitable. Nothing is forced on us. Thank you Leef for a positive experience.

I have used leef when they were mobility matters but customer service has gone downhill dramatically. They never ring back when they say and don’t communicate with other staff so things run smoothly.. I used to recommend them to everyone as I’m in aged care support myself but I definitely won’t be from now on .. they tell u one thing and then someone tells you something else

Lovely umang umandat Fyshwick helped us with a missing screw on our hero walker . Four our 83 year old friend .Such lovely service meant we can take him out safely without him getting injured
