great experience with them. Michael’s really good at showing the forester’s features and really accomodating. The thing i love the most is that he wasn’t in your face and really pushy about selling the car so i felt comfortable test driving the car and cant wait for my own to arrive!UPDATE: Pick up my car today. The whole process was smooth. Michael and Jack couldn’t be more helpful! Definitely will be coming back if I’m lucky enough to be able to buy another car and will recommend my family and friends

Excellent customer service from Jason. I wasn’t sure about buying a Subaru and was reviewing two brands so I decided to walk in and test drive the Forester. From the first moment, Jason started to explain everything with patience and honesty. The delivery time was also phenomenal, 1 month comparing with 4 to 6 month of other branches (of course it’s mostly based on availability and is not always the case). He also suggested me to buy the sport variant which we are very happy with the suggestion, except the sound system is not that premium which is a little downturn for a sport model. Overall, we are very happy to purchase from this branch.

Really helpful and friend staff, especially Ihsan and Jar who helped me. They were really flexible with my test drives and let me test drive another car with no notice. Also they didn't sit in the car unlike Toyota. The staff were really helpful and friendly and got me a good deal on the trade in of my old car. They really went through a lot of hoops to give me a discount.

Really great service prior to signing a contract. However, since signed, really slow communication, the whole process has been quite stressful and not made any easier by the amount of follow up required. I'm a few days out from delivery and I still don't have what I need to organise finance despite multiple follow ups.Also, make sure you get plenty of quotes for trade in. I trusted the big brand to provide a fair deal, but it's at half what I could get on car sales, and they won't let you back out so just make sure you do your research before you sign anything.

The sales process was easy and comprehensive, and my sales person, Ihsan Abbas, was very helpful with everything that I needed. Ihsan was also very obliging even when I added things to the order.When I went to pick my car up, the car was presented beautifully as seen by the photo, and Ihsan was again extremely helpful.
