Finally found a shop that sells quality fashion at a great price. A wide range of Italian linen and lovely leather bags. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved my recent shopping experience here! Bought a lovely midi dress and a couple of other small pieces from here the other day and Tracey was so lovely and accomodating with assisting in sizing and showing me alternative options for pieces I picked that didn’t fit right. There’s heaps of handmade jewellery and bags and Australian made clothing and shoes to pick from. Would absolutely shop here again and highly recommend these guys as an ethically sourced small goods and retail small business! Customer service exceeded all expectations and I felt so welcomed in store. Will definitely be back!

Walked in to have browse and I really liked the look and the products available. However customer service was non existent. Other customers were asked if they needed assistance and I was not even given a hello even after going back to the leather goods a couple of times. I was interested in buying the large black leather bag, but since I was ignored I decided to just leave. Every other shop in this plaza will say hello except this one. It's not the first time I was ignored walking into this shop.

Walked in, shop assistant on phone. Waited a few minutes to overhear her talking and learnt it was a personal call. I went over and interrupted her to ask for assistance. She was not pleased I had interrupted her conversation but begrudgingly listened to my question.If she was the owner she obviously didn't care, but if the owner is reading this, note that some level of customer service would be nice.Ended up walking out without purchasing anything....would have loved to support a small retail business.

What a great shop. There’s something for everyone. The layout is lovely and everything on display is so neat and tidy. The clothes are great quality and value for money. Staff were very helpful and obliging. Will definitely be going back!

The most beautiful Coastal, Luxe, Fashion Homeware stores in Jervis Bay❤ Amazing customer service and vibes always. I love going in everytime I'm in Jervis Bay and I'm always looked after by the gorgeous owner Kylie and staff.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This shop is one of my favs! Such a great range of homewears, furniture and decor (plus fab clothing that I actually fit into!). It's my 'go to' store whenever I'm up the coast...and online when I can't get into the store!

Rude staff. My wife was not spoken to well, my wife and myself were inside the shop for 5 minutes an the lady was not happy that she had to end her phone call because my partner had asked a question. I think you should hire men in your store, since you women seem tobe over worked an under-staffed. Merry Christmas an have a great new year.
