Terrible service! Talked to their team at their mobile shop in Port Augusta (after waiting 1/2 hour to get served) only to be told it was a business account and they couldn't help and someone would call me, which eventually they did. They said they'd amend my account to get a cheaper deal so when my next account comes not only had it not changed it has gone up $5 a month! So back I go to the mobile shop (wait another 1/2 hour) and was told someone would call me, that was over a week ago and still nothing. I'd leave zero stars but it won't let.

The place had the most horrible wait time, i waited for almost 1.5 hours until someone thought to help. Never go there you will waste your time and money.

Terrible service. Wouldn't serve me even though phone is required for life threatening medical condition of a child. Gold member with priority assist. Complaint made to head office. Can't get through on phone until Monday with telstra as not available on weekend. Absolutely disgusting

Could not help enough the manager there was amazing. We had a problem with the mobile over night, took it back in and she fixed within 5mins.

.Think I will give them a miss. Got a virus on my phone after a newby fiddled with it.New staff want to sell you expensive services if you are a senior. Services getting very slow especially on a Thursday
