Personally I think this is the best Red Rooster branch in Sydney I have ever had. Service was awesome, super quick, and taste great. Never disappoint me. Their spicy fried chicken is way better than KFC.

I order multiple chickens for the church most Sundays at lunchtime, used to have to wait 20 minutes past pick up time, but lately it has been ready to go for me as soon as I arrive. Friendly service and great tasting chickens, always prepared to perfection.

I generally only get, or used to get, the classic roast pack, but asked for the gravy on the side so there is at least some taste apart from glutinous salinity.However, on one trip home from a long shift with no break, I succumbed to temptation and bought a roast chicken on a roll (Rooster roll) meal. My mistake.An anemic, soggy, small bread roll, under-filled with chicken and smothered in sweet mayo and a few lettuce bits. The chips, while reasonably fresh, were nuked in salt. The only worthwhile thing in the order was the can of sprite.I mean, the Vietnamese can provide, all over Sydney, freshly baked crisp fresh bread rolls for their banh mi's, why can't some corporate franchise do this at least? It's not rocket science.Never again.

Red rooster is usually our go to place when we are on the road and just want to eat in the car. This store serves hot good and for some reason seems to taste better ( maybe because it's not cold). Service is great. If you need a quick feed and in the area give it a go , you'll enjoy your food.

Staff were handling food without gloves, directly using their hands and also they can be seen eating from the counter area while preparing orders for customers. Very unprofessional and lack of hygiene.

Had always love Red Rooster Roast Chicken & their Mash and Gravy for many years but haven't been back as they don't has so many branches everywhere like McDonalds. Recently they launched their crunchy fried Chicken and it looks super good. Saw many people tried it the review say that it taste almost like Jollibee so I got to try immediately. Went yesterday night despite the heavy rain and got the 3 pieces Satisfryer which comes with 3 Pieces of Fried Chicken, Reg Mash and Gravy, Pineapple Fritter, Small Chips & a small soft drink. OMG they chicken was so crispy and juicy it almost taste like Jollibee. It taste amazing if you dip the fried chicken into the mash and gravy and the chicken salted Chips are hot and crispy. Love their Pineapple fritter its sweet, juicy and crispy outside. Really enjoy this new fried chicken here would eat it again.

First time trying Red Rooster after hearing about their new Fried chicken. The verdict: they were really good! I found them less greasy than KFC while still being juicy. They also had a nice crunch on the outside. I would definitely recommend them!We also tried other items (see pics) and, overall, everything was pretty good! I especially really liked the onion rings, coleslaw and wings.However, the nuggets were quite average and I’d probably not take them again.

The food was fresh and the customer service was welcoming and fast. I'm a fan of the prices, and they give a decent amount of food compared to portions these days. However, the food came out a bit slower than I would've liked, and the location is extremely small. The food was great and I'll be coming back soon.
