Had a great experience with Sydney tools Coffs Harbour. Dave went above and beyond to help out with an online order, he made some phone calls and sent a few emails and managed to fast track my order by a couple weeks! While always keeping me in the loop. His eagerness to help (when he could have easily done nothing) was so good to experience. I will be buying my tools directly from Sydney tools Coffs Harbour from now on.Cheers Dave ya legend!

It took 3 mths, after multiple emails and calls, for Syd Tools Coffs to honour a promo (spend $500 with Sidchrome and get a free socket set).They proved to be unprofessional and incompetent.I won't set foot in this store again.

A month so far waiting for a warranty claim on a $50 item. Had to buy a new one to get the job finished. Apparently the claim has to be assessed in Sydney. Don’t bother, go to bunnings.

Went in today, looking for a few tools to get a small job done around the house. I'd never been in before but thought I'd try it out. I was wondering around and Sam came up and asked if I needed a hand. He took me around the store and ran me through my options. He made it really easy for me which was good. Highly recommend these guys.
