Norbert MMC Art Picture Framing is a warm and friendly outfit with professional service. The pictures I had framed were absolutely stunning and accurate. Jens Hausch, the owner operator, provides very good advice and is creative. I recommend MC Art to anyone who like a professional picture frame.

If you want an excellent quality framing job then take your work to Jens at M.C Art - he is one of the hardest working dedicated framers I have ever come across.

Dropped in two pictures, big and small ones 4-5 weeks ago. Was told it will be done in 3 weeks time but it wasn't. Chased him up and with all promises that it will be done this Sunday when my husband said he will take whatever he has done. So here we are, Monday actually he said he had alot of customers in and no time to do anything. Dropped by 1 week ago and only mounting done. At the end, He outsourced the mounting the big picture one and got nothing done for the small one at all. Have to say he has alot of customers coming in but he only collects them, doesn't do anything with it. It supposed to be my mother's in law present but it's too late now. Not recommended.

I dropped off my picture to be framed over 3 weeks ago, left it and was due to pick it up on the 15th, today being the 14th I thought I’ll just see if it’s ready. No, No, you said you’d pick it up tomorrow. Then 5 minutes later my phone rings, sorry we didn’t order the material so will be another 3 weeks! Unbelievable! Believe the bad reviews on here. This has been an absolute nightmare experience. I now have to go elsewhere and wait again. These people are shockingly unprofessional.

The craftmanship is average, the wait time is double whatever he quotes if ever. I've taken 2 jobs to him, both simple. The first time Took 3 extra months on an already very long time frame, but the job was done. The second job I went in and he'd completely lost my work and while he was shuffling about making a painful show of looking around while denying that he'd ever received my beloved art it into the shop, I spotted the box that I had brought my artwork in with. For the previous 10 mins I was having to convince him that I'd ever seen me or it before in his life and getting condescendingly stone walled. He only put on a thin veneer of a show of having a look for my precious art because I had a receipt, so keep those. But just when he was about to give up I spotted the box that I had brought my artworks in with right at the back of his shop. So whatever you do, don't take anything in that you aren't prepared to lose forever. The workmanship is nothing special, but they are reasonable prices for a stock standard average job.

I’m confident that my artworks are in safe hands with Jens. Go to MC Art for genuine product knowledge and quality work that you just can’t find at other places. He takes his time to do a good job and, if you want, he’ll even teach you a lesson or two about the craft when you go in.He certainly doesn’t rush, but if you’re framing something valuable then this is the place for you.

Went to go get some prints framed in August. Checked in every month and absolutely zero progress was made on getting materials or photocopying the prints. Don't go here if you want something done quick.

Terrible. Submitted 3 items in Feb. chased up several times. In March i got one back (a mounted picture which I believe he outsourced to a different place). Delay delay delay. No communication from him, all me chasing him. Eventually went in late September and asked for my remaining items. He had no record of the deposit I made, asking me to go through my credit card records to find it.So yeah. Avoid at all costs.

Jens does nothing but his utmost to make sure that the framing respects the quality and artistry of the work, and his work is of gallery quality. Not only does he understand art but has deep empathy for those who appreciate it. His experience in the printing world has illuminated through much insight the process behind the pieces I’ve brought in, from stone lithograph techniques to screens, and thiss has both deepened my appreciation for the works I’ve bought but also the framing itself.

Unfortunately, Jens took over 4 months to frame 4 prints in simple, black frames. We had to drop into the shop 4 times to enquire about our job as he promised they would be done multiple times. While the work itself is good, the wait was too long.
