As a landlord I find 1st Coast Real Estate Absolutely woeful.They do not respond to emails or phone calls regarding issues with the property.We only found out that the tenant had moved out by a friend who lives in the same town.Asked to meet Michelle at the property on a certain day and time and she never showed up.We had to break into our own property to have a look at the condition of the property.And as we expected there was damage to the property.We have paid for a service which they have not provided.So now we are forced to clean up and repair the property.Maybe Marilyn or Michelle might read this review and finally get in touch with us.Stay clear of this real estate agent.

Repairs never done on the property, Michelle is extremely rude and unprofessional about her job. Not once did we have a rent inspection, She would show up unannounced. Using money labeled rent to pay utilities without authorization. I would not recommend this real estate to anybody.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. What an absolute joke of a real estate company. Our property manager Michelle was useless. Our tenants ended up just coming to us directly because she was so slow and non responsive. When their tenancy was over, it took almost 2 weeks to get our keys back because she just didn’t respond. She didn’t do an inspection on my property in over a year. The gardens were overgrown and she never did anything about it. I had to ask for my rent when it was late. She never responded to emails and texts. Marilyn, the owner, is just as bad. She also never responded, or only chose one thing to address and ignored everything else. Please, please do not use this business to sell or rent your property! There’s a reason they only have 4 properties for sale on their site right now. They WILL do a terrible job!

Great sales team

Would never deal with them again. As the property owner, I found their Property Management style woeful. I had to follow up third party payments, tenants destroyed our gardens, rent unpaid, house not clean. Property vacated in August, keys (minus garage remote) not returned until October. Property Manager advised that she would never have put those particular tenants in, had it been her choice - and not that of the proprietor. Proprietor not happy with criticism, advised she is going to retire rather than listen to those her company lets down. Completely unprofessional.

I dont even want to rate 1 star...It has been 1 month since we vacated the apartment we rent from 1st Coast Real Estate, they said they are waiting for the approval from owner to release our bond, I didn’t see any rationale for this issue. Also, they didn’t give any further reply on the problem even we wrote 2 emails to ask about progress.We have reported your unreasonable behaviour to the Bonds Admin Commerce WA, waiting for their interference.We will also seek legal advice and go to the court if we still can’t get further updates from the SHAMEFUL AGENT of this estate company.

Real bad service! I was interested in a property in bouvard that she was selling and she didn’t even meet me at the property and just said help yourself to a door key under the mat !After making a offer on the property I found out that the granny flat that she over sold was not council approved!She then didn’t take my call and hand balled me to her lacky !She said that she was out playing golf ! LolAnyway I would think twice about this so called agent as she seems lazy and doesn’t care about customer care at all ! I would give minus 5 stars to be honest as she is a joke !

We sold our house with Mel North at 1st Coast Real estate and she did a fantastic job keeping us informed and getting a great price for our house. Thank you Mel!

No repairs were ever done. Michelle is very rude and unprofessional. Never did an inspection for the house and would turn up without letting us know. Would not recommend to anyone
