OK this is a shout out to the wonderful help I got from the lady with long black hair and lots of jewellery. She's awesome, and went way above and beyond what perhaps her colleague's would. I needed new wipers and it was a bit of a struggle. But her knowledge and experience got me the best possible outcome I could get. Such a magic person.I took 1 star off this review because her colleague sold me something I didn't need.Repco she she is your best employee at Vic Park and possibly your best in the state. I'll find out her name and then edit this review.Thx so much.

Visited this Repco because my car needed a new ignition coil. Sean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when looking through the available product stock of 3rd-party parts. Additionally, he put the customer's needs first when he recommended I check with another outfit as I had a preference for genuine parts. Auto mechanics are not known for their honesty but Sean is a cut above the rest.

Been here a few times, each time was great. Most recently I went in to buy something that was on sale the day before, and the team as nice enough to give me a discount on the non-sale price, along with providing advice on other products. My go to auto store!

The service here is absolutely appalling. A 5 minute on 10/12 took 20 mins. I was lining up to be served, and the sales clerk with red hair was serving a customer she clearly new personally because they were discussing going out bar hopping together. I was waiting for over 15 minutes to get light bulbs for my indicator. This is absolutely ridiculous, I get you should be nice to people you know but remember to actually do your job.

Giving 5 stars to the team that was there on Sunday (23/04/23) called first thing when they opened as my starter motor for my Commodore failed on me. They not only had the starter at the store but also were extremely friendly too putting it aside for me until I could come collect it. Cannot be any happier, and especially with the option to afterpay it too helped my wallet even more.
