Good to see wa local products i dont see at my local coles this upgrade and new look looks great.Found a fresh look and easy access to products and items and i commend coles for this.Varied pricing range to dear to least expensive so they cater for what you want and willing to spend.Trolleys new and easy to use. Spacious to walk around thatsa plus, looks clean.

Pleasure shopping at this newly renovated Coles. Good lay out, well stocked shelves and fresh food. Staff helpful and pleasant. Never had a problem with parking.

There was an incredibly rude older lady rostered on Saturday near closing time with blonde hair who decided yelling at people was good customer service. By all means advise us that you are closing, but yelling at the top pf your lungs is uncalled for.

I've bought Gatro stop twice this week and the yellow sale sign said $8 on sale , twice i got charged $10 and the staff wouldn't mark the price down.It's not my problem if the staff put the sale sticker in the wrong place.It's WA state law to honour the price, I work in retail , if anyone should know It's me .

As a responsible store, the staff member should know the products there are selling. Simply i don't know, because we sell too many products in the store is not good enough. Worst customer service from team member, Jeff.

Really Beautiful store, although always understaffed.Usually get click and collect, I notify the store that I have arrived actually when I leave my house (10mins away) and it still never gets to my boot on time. The mobile number to notify is NEVER ANSWERED!

I dislike the new Coles local. There is no deli counter. This means I have to buy packaged chicken and bacon as well as salami and mortadella. This is very annoying as I do not want the quantity packaged and it is much more expensive. I do not like the bakery section without any of the Coles baked items, it is all specialty breads and buns. Also each time I go to buy milk it is either the use buy date for the milk available or just one day followed. I have had to buy a 3 litre container to get sufficient usage from the milk before it is unusable and I live alone. I am not alone in my view of the lack of deli counter. Many elderly people living alone in the area have a similar issue with having to buy pre packaged in greater quantities than required.

Used to be the worst Coles in Perth. The supermarket section is still at the small end of the scale - so range is limited - but I like all the new 'local' additions. Bakery and ready-to-eat options are great. Decor and general vibe of the place is so much better now. It's more aimed at regular small visits than big weekly hauls (which Vic Park Coles is much better for).
