Very professional salon, all the girls we're lovely and accommodating. Somehow managed to book a last minute appointment to which they even called me to let me know they we're ready for me earlier then my booked time. They then saw to me straight away and made me feel very welcome for a 7pm appointment time. And, although it was only a half a head of foils and toner, I absolutely love my colour and how well they blended my roots. Thank you gorgeous girls! I am now going into Christmas feeling good :) and I will definitely be back.

Today I walked out without a haircut after waiting for 30min. I was called in the morning to confirm my appointment. I arrived 5 min early and was shown to a seat and offered water. I was then left to sit for 30min without any further contact. A woman arrived and was brought in before I was spoken to, so I left. If you were overbooked you should have said so when you called to confirm my appointment.A friend has also had a similar experience here. If your time is important to you, I wouldn't bother booking here. It wasn't a nice experience.

I have been a long standing customer at Raven Hair Salon since they opened. I have blonde foiled hair and always leave so happy with the result. They truly value the condition of your hair above all else, whilst still being able to achieve desired colour results. I have been able to grow my hair thick and long while still colouring it the perfect blonde! Highly recommend!!

I booked my appointment online. The booking was for 3/4 head of foils, plus toner and cut.Admittedly, I was a little late for my appointment, but I don’t think it warranted the coldness and unpleasantness by my stylist, Melanie. She hardly spoke a word to me, seemed very annoyed, and disinterested in what I wanted done - appeared determined to copy what I had in the past instead of what I requested.I thought she was just having a bad day, but when she went to another client she was overly friendly, kind and happy.I didn’t get the 3/4 head of foils, I was only given 1/2 - maybe due to lateness, maybe due to not reading the booking and going off previous styles? The haircut I requested (dark hair in pics) turned out like a bowl cut instead (blonde photo). Plus one side of my hair is only slightly longer than the other. It’s longer than I wanted the back, and way too straight - not choppy like I asked numerous times.I sent the salon this information and they chose to ignore me. No apology, nothing.

Great cut

$84 for what was essentially just a trim. Didn't get what I wanted, wasn't styled nicely at the end. Wasn't even shown the back of my hair. Felt bad for asking the stylist to do more, because only the bare minimum was done. First and last visit.

Colour was amazing my hair has never looked better!

I had a pleasant experience here today with Tahlia who was practising her craft and offered me a trim and blow dry. Friendly environment and would be happy to visit again!
