Service was beyond amazing!! I had an issue with my hot water system, contacted a few places and they said they can't fix the issue. Then I stumbled on these guys by accident and they came over and fixed the problem same day in a matter of 20 minutes or so. Im a very happy customer, their service is great.

I submitted a request for a quote online, received a call, sent more details via email, heard nothing back from them for 3 weeks, called them again and then heard nothing from them again. We're wanting to have multiple (10 plus) hot water units installed in our complex but they don't seem to want any business and if that's the case it would be nice for them to say, ' We're too busy to do your job, sorry.'

2 years with no hot water when it gets cold, 6 attempts at repair, rude aggressive and threatening when I want it fixed properly, said he knows what he is doing but cant answer why mine is so badly installed and has been nothing but issues.

The service provided was really good. Inspection of site and discussion of transfering from a very old system to a modern system. Everything that would be entailed, to allow for appropriate decisions to be made.The additional suggestions that were provided have also been extremely helpful, with the candid discussions.Installation was outsourced, the people they had used were very professional, helpful and knowledgable as well.

These guys are the bomb, called in morning and had me back in hot water with a new system that afternoon. Polite, courteous and on time, cleaned up when they left. All at a good price. You guys have my vote.

This is my experience with this company:- 28th of April: The business owner came out to quote on a new hot water system worth around $5k. No quote was received.- 6th of June: I emailed seeking the quote noting the above visit, no reply or call from my email.- 16th of June: I called them to tell them the above story and they said the quote would arrive by the end of the week. It never came.- 11th of July, I called them again to tell the above story but still no quote.I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but what do you have to do to get quote for a $5k job?
