Nice people but wrong pizzas one of my sides were missing and didn't receive another side. Just said no more drinks and gave me my pizzas that took 30 minutes to come out after I ordered online and waited at home for 10 minutes and its a 5 minute drive.

Worst waiting time just to place an order , employee doesnt even acknowledge a customer standing to make order for 5 mins . Not that busy as well to make customer wait this long just to place an order

This is the third time, I have experienced an incident like this. I placed an order at 1:50pm. Delivery time was 2:10PM. Called at 2:10, a female representative from the Redfern Dominos store advised store is busy and order will be ready in another 15 minutes. Called at 2:30, same female rep advised order has just left store and will be there in 5 minutes. Called back at 2:35pm, Alex the Manager" advised order will be another 15-20 minutes and has not been made yet. This is the kind of behaviour you will receive from this store. Will be escalating matter as this is the third time this has happened

Ordered 8 pizzas. 2 of the pizzas delivered were completely ruined upon delivery.Handling of the pizza when delivering wasn’t satisfactory either.Never going to order from this branch in future.

I have tried to get a refund from these guys for weeks due to an incorrect order and when it arrived it was cold (delivered 2 hours late and after 2 calls). They agreed to refund me then they said they couldn’t find my order. I have been back and forth to no avail. The worst

I would like to congratulate the exceptional customer service I received from the manager of the Domino Redfern store this evening. I made an online order and went to pick it up on the estimated time. When I arrived my order was showed ready on the screen but when I asked I was told it was not ready and then it disappeared on the screen totally. I asked the front counter staff and she said it would be just 3 minutes wait. However, after 25 minutes my order was still not ready. I asked again and told the staff I would like to cancel it if it had not been made. The supervisor/manager stepped in and said our order would be on the house. Although I offered to pay for it but he insisted it would be complimentary from the store. In my opinion he handled this situation exceptionally well as he had showed his store did value its customers. I will definitely order from this store again.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. No updates on the tracker for 40mins. Called the store only to be told that it is still being made & will take another 15-20mins for delivery. Don't accept orders if you cannot deliver.

Very nice. The pizza taste really good. Both pick up and delivery is convenient. Online order available using tracking system. The timing was perfect on tracking system. Ordered from home online and walk ten minutes to the shop. When arrived in the shop, my pizza was already cooked and ready. Thats what exactly the tracking pizza showed. But there is no tables and seating to eat pizza in the shop. The bench seating is the waiting area.
