Lady with short blonde hair was extremely rude, when told that I didn't receive an email she implied i was lying, asked to look through my phone as I obviously wasn't capable to do so and made receiving my click and collect extremely difficult

Can only supply half of a product and spent too long looking for the gas the make it work. Either sell as a pack or not at all. Returns are in gift cards which means i have to return again ouch

Extremely rude staff member. Denied service due to being exempt from wearing a mask. Staff allowed me into the store to wander around for 15 minutes and select my purchases. Went to pay and was told they would not accept cash then told me they couldn’t serve me anyway because I wasn’t wearing a mask!? Did not even ask to see my exemption. Will never ever shop there again. I felt humiliated and degraded. The server was so rude, judgemental and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Wish I’d read all the other reviews before shopping there. Won’t be going back.

Great store very helpful staff and very clean on items u buy they knew exactly what I needed and was talking aboutOnly one problem with this company you have to spend $95 or more to use Openpay so I hope this helps out every one

Staff humiliated me in front of several customers refusing my $50 purchase because I only had cash on me. Disgusting attitude. They don't deserve any business .

The cashier told me they do not accept cash and all I had was $20 bill at the time. Extremely inconvenient and I will not go back.
