Once they dont give u receipt expected something not thre in your order,so u hve to came back and ask for it but since u only lost 1 u wont bother to come back. Pissing off bcos u always go to them and its often happen.. I hope it doesnt happen to lots of your customer..

Drive though was busy. Went in as only wanted 2 choc mousse.Instead of just handing to me after I paid....had to wait till my order number after others waiting for hot foods. For goodness sake the fridge was behind counter.

I had a zinger wrap and chips and the chips were soft the zinger was that hard i couldnt eat it and my husband had zinger meal and he couldnt eat the chips i really think the chip oil needed changing as i owned my own fish and chip shop and you know when the oil needs changing so i will never go back

Service OK but your management skills suck, priority giving to drive through while walk in customer's are standing around waiting for there orders, the one young lady out front had a trainee badge on and looked flustered, a man complained because his half filled order had been sitting on the bench for 10 minutes and was now stone cold. Customers who walk in should be given the same level of service you give drive through.

Went into the ulvy store today at about 3.10pm and it wasn't very busy at all.Normally the store is great couldn't fault it but today was terrible the young girl working in front of house, Amelie needs a lot more customer services as she had a lot of people waiting and didn't give them any kind of acknowledgment to the customers what so never. She needs to speak up when talking to customers or give them other options if the restaurant can't give excally to the order she also acts like she doesn't want to be at work what so ever which makes customers not feel welcomed as for the rest of the stuff they were amazingly
