The manager Alana Is In desperate need of better customer service training. She is far to young and inexperienced to be a manger!! Won’t be going there again.

Disgusting food, chicken was dry and overcooked, i asked for 'No wings' and they deliberately gave me All chicken wings in our meal, but the most disappointing thing is the zinger burger was smashed by someones fist leaving the imprint in the burger, absolutely disgusting, never again

Manager Calvin lies and is a coward. Hides in the store to try and close early.Staff at the shop are to busy having a social then actually working.Lined up at 2140 was second in line 2215 they say shops closed and don’t serve people In line that have been waiting half hour.Disgraceful conduct.

They just can't seem to get an order right. The last 3 times we have ordered food they have gotten the order wrong. Very frustrating when you get home and find out what you ordered isn't in the bag.

It gets a bit busy around dinner time and even the drive-thru can take 10-20 minutes to get served.

Without a doubt the worst KFC on the coast. Actually had no chicken at all!! Chips soggy and only just warm. Not the first bad experience there either. Won’t be anymore. That’s for sure.

Similar complaints to others with overcooked chicken that has almost none of the KFC flavours. The store was dirty and the service so-so although I’d blame management rather than the team as they all seemed to only school kids. A really poor example of what an international brand standard should be.
