Having worked with NND from the beginning as a support worker, I have had the privilege of watching them grow; and continue to do so. The management team have always been approachable and open to ideas. Their ability to find quality care staff, with varying degrees of experience and backgrounds, is outstanding. I have worked in residential care for over 10 years and decided to make the change to community. I have now worked for NND for nearly 2 years and absolutely love it. Management are so approachable and supportive in my role working in community. I feel supported 100% to make the client’s experience unique and fulfilling to them. I have gone to management about things outside of the box that I would like to do with client and they have supported me and guided that to happen every time with out fail. I feel so fulfilled in my job especially when I see the smile on a clients face when we make their wishes come true. I only wish I had come to NND sooner

I have been with working with Nurse Next Door for 1.5 year now. As new graduate nurse, I was a bit worried to work in the community, but always feel supported by the clinical and management team. My schedule is made around my availability and the area manager always tries her best to make it happen for last minute changes. I have been working in the aged care and disability industry for a while and can honestly say that the owners of NND are very caring, always put clients needs first and value their staff. What I like the most is how approachable they are, always happy to help and listen. Although English is my second language, I have never had any bad experience. I truly recommend NND to everyone who is looking for a different company to join the pink family.

Lauren and her lovely team of nurses went above and beyond for my client. He had oral surgery and required a registered nurse to look after him during the night.The nurses were exceptional, thorough, punctual, caring and handled the family dynamic very well.I will definitely recommend and use nurse next door again.

We engaged the services of Nurse Next Door Gold Coast in January this year to assist my elderly mother with her recovery from major surgery. The level of service and care that my elderly mother received from Lauren, Julie and her wonderful team of nurses, was second to none. They were genuinely caring, compassionate and kind and whenever they had any down time, they would busy themselves cleaning Mum's cupboards, vacuuming, mopping....you name it, they did it. It was wonderful for me to be able to go to work, knowing that Mum was in such good hands in her own home. I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing service Nurse Next Door gave us, especially at such a worrying and emotional time when Mum's health took such an unexpected turn for the worst. If we ever need assistance again for Mum, Nurse Next Door will undoubtedly be our preferred option. Thank you again to Lauren, Julie and the girls.
