Melbourne Car Towing and Transport

Called these guys yesterday at 3:30pm to get a tow from Ivanhoe / Kew area to box hill.. Driver I spoke with said he could be there in 45- an hour. So I waited that amount of time. The guy was running late but I was pretty understanding given it was fairly heavy traffic. Waited until 5:30 before I thought something must have gone wrong and gave him a call back.Driver advised he couldn't find me - despite having given him the exact address and a business name of where I was and that he had just gone to the next job. He did not try to call me at all to say he couldn't find where I was. This company wasted 2 hours of my life for absolutely no reason and did not even have the decency to apologise. Strongly advise to not use them. Ended up calling Nationwide who came out immediately.

Great customer service. On time. Driver Trent was great for a yarn and gave me a lift back to the city.
