Staff is very unfriendly and equally unwilling to offer advice. It was quite the disappointment to be fair. Such that I likely will not step foot in the Nambour store again. Try Tactical Gel Blasters at Maroochydore for exceptional customer service.

My son his gun at M4A1 in Nambour and the guy there was extremely rude to us and his own company. At one stage playing up a dram to the CCTV cameras. He upset my young son so much who purchased a $400 gun with is hard saved money and accused him of lying and misusing his gun - that was only 38 days old. The guys at Morayfield were so different and we will drive the 2.5 hours round trip just to be treated properly.

Team at the store are great. They have gone out of there way to assist in getting all the necessary items to be able to get on the field and be safe and have fun. I will continue to shop with them.

Awesome staff and store. The tech and guys there are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The staff are always welcoming and gear is great, although there is never enough parts for my ravenous needs the stock does eventually come for me! Supplier issues not the store though.Keep up the good work!
