Great suit at a great price (Sale) bought for my sons first job after graduation - Pure merino wool suit in Royal Blue with a business shirt and tie (free) if purchased in-store purchashe. A super helpful mature shop attendant helped me make good use of my Oxford membership discounts. Lovely quality fabrics. We will be back !

I love shopping at Macquarie Oxford Store. The manager always acknowledges us personally, remembers our last visit and provides the perfect shopping experience. I now bring my Nephew and my Son to Oxford and they are loyal customers. I would not buy suits and shirts anywhere else !!

WOW - what a wonderful experience I had today in store. I went in to purchase some shorts and walked out with almost a new wardrobe of clothes. The lovely lady Diana was so helpful and had the most amazing attitude. She was so helpful with different ideas and styles that I would have never thought of and they suited me so well. She suggested sizes that I never would have chosen. I walked out of the store with so much more than I went in there for and I am so glad I did. Diana is a superstar and I hope Oxford realize how lucky they are to have her as an employee. I would also like to commend the other employee that was on. I think his name is Young. He to use a credit to the business and I can guarantee that I will be back again and again just to receive such positive vibes from the staff.Keep up the great work.

While customer service is good, I was told that there is no refund policy unlike other retailers. Why? Please explain. Also, fitting room can be better.
