Awesome experience! Joe was an excellent salesman who knew about the knowledge of the cars, knew his area and treated us to a fantastic deal. Well worth visiting for buying a car.

Purchased a car to be delivered to Victoria. Very disappointed as this car dealership unfortunately lived up to every stereotype of a used car dealer. Pressure sales from Amir to get the $2000 deposit calling every couple of hours untill you sign it. Once they have you on the hook they don't care. No more phone calls or customer service. Getting information was like squeezing water from a stone. They were uncooperative and unwilling to provide the information we required. The sales rep Amir was rude and short with us the whole way. The car was eventually received in a dirty condition with no petrol in the tank on purchasing and expensive prestige vehicle. When I complained they said they didn't have a petrol station on the premises and they can be expected to fill it up. As if is impossible to drive to a petrol station. Ridiculous thing to say, to not even have the common decency to fill up the tank. I complained to the Manager Hayden about various things including this. He promised a fuel voucher and other corrective measures which were never followed through. Terrible experience with this car dealership. The positive was that after the car failed the roadworthy test as two tyres needed to be replaced, they did have them replaced for us to reach roadworthy standards however I would have preferred to receive the car already roadworthy and not have to go through that stress. Go elsewhere and beware of purchasing interstate.

I rarely write reviews and never one this scathing.I purchased a second hand vehicle from this company in November. 2022Despite the due diligence undertaken in getting a full RACWA full inspection, I found myself less than 2 hours after delivery with a car that would not start.After replacing both the car and key fob batteries I was still unable to start the vehicle.Naturally I called the dealer but was told I was not entitled to a statutory warranty. This was incorrect, misleading and, quite frankly, deliberate.Having replaced the battery, the radio/bluetooth no longer worked without a security code which was not available in any of the paperwork or from the original service records. Its still not working.So having managed to start the car with roadside assistance, I began driving only to hear an ominous noise from the front suspension.I drove it back to the dealer who determined it was consistent with the age of the car and would not impact safety.Therefore they were obliged to do precisely nothing.At this point they miraculously found the paperwork for the statutory warranty to which I had been entitled all along.So, buyer beware indeed!Fortunately my new best friends at Morley City Hyundai assisted me with reprogramming the key and rang the dodgy dealer for me to ensure my rights under consumer law.So - customer service Prestige Salesman Mr G.E. 0 starsAssistance and general helpfulness 0 stars.Incorrect and (?deliberately)misleading information. 0 stars.Service manager (nice helpful fellow who did take the vehicle for a drive and put it over the pits) Found the fault and advised it was not dangerous to drive. 4 starsSo the moral of this story?Second hand car dealers do not have to lie, mislead or make life difficult for customers.There are some great ones out there and I found them over in Morley City Hyundai.

I test drove a vehicle with Amir, he gave me an indication of the deal price. Next day I reached out to make an offer, got the classic oh no we can't do offers on the phone, you have to come in and it has to be a written offer. Told him what I was willing to pay, and asked if it isn't acceptable please let me know so I didn’t waste my time and go purchase a different vehicle. He asked me to come in and they would work something out.I wasted my time to drive all the way down to the dealership, Amir was with another customer so got put in front of Hayden the Big Cheese. Wouldn't even get down to the verbally indicated price I was given on the day I test drove the vehicle.I appreciate you guys can't discount cars past a certain amount - have no issues with that. Just be transparent - I literally reached out to you before I drove in to ask if my offer was acceptable only to be quoted a price higher than what I was offered the day I test drove the car. Hayden kept asking why are you laughing at me - it's the silliness of the old school cheesy sales tactics that's why!I just walked down the road to John Hughes and spent the money. I highly recommend you do the same and avoid the hassles.

These blokes are awesome, my partner and I went in to look at a Hyundai and every single person there was polite and informative and made buying a a car a pleasant experience. Keep it up guys recommend these guys above the rest

How nice & refreshing to come across a car salesman that is actually genuine and treats you as a person instead of using all the tricks in the book to get a sale.
