Crystal Car Wash Edgecliff

Appalling!! This is absolutely the WORST car wash ever! AND they are crooks! After going there and getting a weekly wash and vacuum I succumbed to the constant pressure and intimidation to upgrade, I invested in a $560 package that they said would enable me to come as many times as I liked over a period of 6 months for the same service. I questioned him several times and was reassured that it was unlimited. When next I presented they said it was the package was for the external wash only and I would have to pay another $560 if I wanted the vacuum too! I feel so strongly about this misleading and deceptive conduct, I am lodging a formal complaint with the ACCC. They are rude, arrogant and totally indifferent! Do yourself a favour and DON’t GO THERE!!

Arrived at 17:20 24th of June and they said they were closed. Pointed out their website said they were open until 6 and they said they needed to start cleaning the machine now so they could close at 6 which didn't make much sense to me. Not the end of the world but leaving this review so management are aware the staff are refusing customers 40 minutes before closing time

THEY STEAL FROM YOUR CAR, STAY AWAY!We had an expensive magnetic shade set for our windows that they took off to (poorly) clean the windows and didn't put it back. As it's located on the back windows my husband didn't noticed until he got home. He went back there and everyone pretended they didn't know what he was talking about, we emailed Crystal Car SEVERAL TIMES asking for the security camera footage to be checked and they didn't reply, the only number available is disconnected!Stay away from this place!!!

Very bad service, request more money for no reason. The guy’s name is Nick, telling me need to pay $10 extra for clean the boot door edge and tyre shining.I paid $275.01 per month from Chatswood shop. As the service package, I could use any of the crystal car wash in Sydney area.I have been to so many shops, only this edge lift shop give me hard time all the time. Every time I went to there, they want to charge me more.Anyone has the same issue?

Be careful, they’re very forceful and will make you renew your package before it’s ended. The guy told me I had 1 day left on my package but I actually had over a month. The guys at bondi beach are MUCH better!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!I have never seen such an unmotivated crew who do the most appalling wash,using rags/chamois that need a good clean themselves, who knows when their cleaning apparel have been cleaned themselves!!!They are very quick to get you to upgrade your car clean…. Avoid Crystal Car Wash Edgecliff,their competitors in Double Bay do a much better job!

Worst car wash of my life.Sold a service of $300 that was meant to target a spillage.Instead I get sold a 1 month subscription and a splatter job on the inside with chemical residue dripping and uneven. Specifically when I requested a basic wipe down internally with no greasy residues. It's sad that these are the businesses that are allowed to operate in Australia, with non comprehending or the ability to communicate. Why even bother having employees in the first place. Beyond a joke.

Just trial this newly open/renovated car wash service. The detailed wash is excellent and quick. I just dropped in for it and they finished within 30 mins on Sunday. The internal was cleaned manually by their staff and the external was cleaned by the machine (I could watch the whole process through the glass wall). Also Interesting to watch the self-serve dog wash machine activities next to it. They have unlimited car wash package for $69 for a month now, just the coffee machine is not ready. Cheers.

This is my second terrible experience with Crystal Carwash, the last one was in Rose Bay. This time, I was slowly driving my car towards the wash, I was off angle slightly and was turning my steering wheel to fix it. I had my window open and suddenly out of nowhere, one of the workers grabbed my steering wheel and aggressively turned it for me. I was confused and in shock, I asked the worker what he was doing and he told me he’s trying to teach me? After that, I vowed to never come back to any Crystal Carwash locations ever again.
