Australia Post - Fairfield Heights LPO

Never seem a staff rude like here and charge extra money for no reason. Everything the price here is higher than other post offices. I have an online free label just need to scan it and then post it. He asked me to pay for the print. I said it's never happened before, and he was rude to me and said if you wanted free you can print it out yourself.l at home. Paper, ink, everything cost money. I said I know but this label includes everything. He spoke load and said not here!

Absolutely the worst post office I have ever been to in my life. So rude and disrespectful. I dread coming here. I’d rather go to another suburb than here.

Indian man who looks between 70-75 years old with a very very funny looking face has a very bad attitude, very racist and sketchy. Hates his job and takes it out on customers, remember to contact head office because the more bad reviews the more likely he is to lose his job.He accused the man infront of me of lying and showing fake id then proceeded to do the same with me. Denied someone infront of me of picking up their parcel even though they had physical copy and then proceeded to yell in their face.Not the first time I’ve seen him be rude, he needs to be taken out of that store asap. Head office please get rid of this man, there are people that would do a much much better job than him or put him in a suburb that’s not the greatest that might fix his horrible attitude.

My worst experience ever!!! The person who served me announced that next time he will not give me my parcel because my address on the ID and the postal one do not correspond, though I provided him with the confirmation letter, SMS, BAR code and the tracking number. I have the right to have different postal address! By the way I checked this on the Australia Post official website. I hope he will not stay there for long.

Only if I can give them less then a star, definitely useless and just for your assurance all the workers think like they are still in India. Even after so many proofs failed to handover a package and making all the excuses and on the spot rules and regulations. AU post wale up call for you to change the staff and kick Gujaratis out.

If I could give them no stars I would. Staff are extremely rude and abrupt. I wanted to send a package overseas. First I had the declaration form thrown at me then the two staff at the counter started talking in their own language (which I’m totally fine with however I did not appreciate what he did next) he pull the form out of my hand and said “no, we can’t send”- no explanation and he moved on to the next customer.When my sister asked if we may know the reason as she had sent a package to the same country 2-3 months ago he said “no, not possible” and still no explanation on why or other alternatives.Never going back there again

I would give zero star if I could. The customer sevice went down dramatically from 2022. The old indian man and old asian woman are undoubtedly a perfect match for each other. Unfortunately, they have not been trained at all to properly serve customers. If you hate your job then why don’t you quit already, give a chance to other people that surely can do it better. Looks like they was being forced to interact with customers as if it isn’t their job to do so. There is abosulutely no doubt that these people come from under the same roof. Last but not least, we’re customers who came and pay for their business, but why do they treat customers so poorly as if they begging them for free service?

If I could give this place -10 stars I would. This is the worst post office that you could ever go to. The staff, especially the old Asian lady are extremely rude, lack common courtesy and have absolutely zero customer service skills. This place needs to hire all new staff or be shut down. I’d rather drive to another post office 2 hours away than step foot into this abomination of a place. Avoid this post office at all costs and go to Fairfield West post office instead to save yourself from the horror of this place. The owner should be ashamed to have the staff they have running this place.
