No matter what your always waiting. Staff are expected to do to much e.g lotto, hot dogs, Crispy cream, coffee and so on when all most of us want to do is pay for our bloody petrol. And they can't say they cater extra staff for that or it wouldn't always be such a wait. UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY, ITS EVERYTIME YOU GO THERE THIS IS NO A ONCE OFF AS YOU MADE OUT IN YOUR REPLY

Purchased a car wash at 1241pm. It is now 1326 & I still have 2 cars in front of me. Suggest whenever there is a long wait out of courtesy you let the customer know. I have now missed my appointment & also about to run out of petrol #thiscarwashsucksballs
