Unknown little spot within Prospect Reservoir, lots of areas to sit and have a picnic or watch the kids play at the smaller playgrounds. On a side note, the playground equipment is also well-maintained. There is the added bonus of clean public toilets on hand. Great way to educate the youngsters on water conservation with the reservoir right there as well as plenty of bird life to keep them occupied.

I like to take my mate here where he has a smoke. Sometimes, if the day is right, the kangaroos are out lounging around on the hill. Very peaceful.

Every now and then this park (or a part of it) is closed for one reason or another.Entry via William Lawson Dr. is still closed because of covid restrictions. Beaches are open (and congested) since open air is good for the residents there and this park is still closed i.e. the residents here do not need open air. (even on 20 sep today when restrictions have been lifted for Blacktown it is closed). Awesome job Sydney water
