Priceline Pharmacy Neslons Ridge

Great little priceline, it is on the smaller side so stock is limited but the staff are wonderful. I had a few questions and the staff took the time to not only assist but went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and that it met my needs. Very grateful, thank you!

they scammed me by saying my payment didnt go through and im now $100 more broke

Expect to wait on average 20 minutes even if it's quiet and pay more than any other pharmacy in the area

This Pharmacy should be shut down. I was given an insulin injection and I am not a diabetic. They issued the wrong infection to me which I thought was a generic replacement. I ended up in the emergency ward . Stay away from this irresponsible pharmacy.

Asked the pharmacist about medications for pain relief and the best option for me and also asked if it’s stronger than what I was currently on, replied with “ well obviously “. I replied with I dont know, im not a doctor that’s why im asking for your advice. Just unnecessary attitude.

Poor service, pharmacist rude and unwilling to help with my medication. I had to travel to Baulkham Hills to have my script dispensed without any trouble. The place has gone downhill since it has changed to Priceline. All the friendly helpful previous staff have gone. I won't be going back there.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years now due to local convenience. Never had any problems with them at all.

Bring back the old owner!! The new owners have no idea how to provide good customer service!!! Pathetic service, I will not go there specially for prescription medication. The Pharmacist has no idea how to deal with existing long term customers really disappointed ☹️

The young pharmacist gentleman is an arrogant, rude young man. Asked me why I didn’t go to my “regular pharmacy” as someone who isn’t on any regular medication, I don’t have a regular pharmacy. Made me feel like I wasn’t welcome there at all. No customer service or personal skills at all and was very rude and argumentative. Five stars for Angela at the front counter, a lovely woman. I won’t be returning.

Went there to purchase a vaccine yesterday which required refrigeration. I asked to keep it in the fridge and will pick up later when I come for the dr appointment. When I came back to pick it up a different girl went to look for it in the fridge but couldn’t find it. The same lady who served me took over and found it in a different place. I asked her if it had been kept in the fridge and she assured me that it was. (She found it behind the concrete wall where Its not visible for me to see if there was another fridge) Another man who I hope wasn’t the pharmacist also backed her up. She put the vaccine inside a foil bag and handed to me. She even asked me feel the bag. Being a foil type bag as we know it will always feel cooler. It was not cold. The bag was cooler than room temperature. So I thought the foil bag may not have yet picked up the cold temperature from the vaccine box inside as it had just been put in. I ran to the doctor outside the mall where my appointment was. When we took the box out. The vaccine had completely come to room temperature. Doctor even took out her stock in the fridge to compare the temperature difference. What I purchased wasn’t acceptable for injection. The cold chain has been broken. They have obviously forgot about it and left it laying in room temperature for at least an hour and had the guts to lie straight to my face. I went back to them and asked for another one that is properly stored in correct temperature.This is a total disgrace and shockingly unprofessional. I’ll never set foot in that shop again. Their low rating is justified.
