This place helped me save my life. However, after learning the valuable CBT skills that CCI teach, it would be worth looking for a therapist that can teach you schema therapy as well.Thank you CCI, you guys needs more clinic’s.

CCI has many great information sheets and self-help guides for anxiety, depression, perfectionism, insomnia, eating disorders and other mental health problems on its website. I have shared some of the depression and anxiety ones with a couple of friends and family who were going through some issues and they said they found them helpful and easy to follow. I like that the worksheets are based on scientific research about how to treat mental health problems effectively. Thank you for making these great resources available and keep up the good work.
