I had to take back what I had brought as it was faulty. The girl on the front desk was very helpful & friendly. I then had to see a salesman to get another product. He was most helpful as well. Even gave me a new lead incase my old one wasn't suitable, said just bring it back if I didn't need it. Which I will as my old one is ok. I wasn't charged for it. Great service.✔️✔️ The new product is working fine.

Has to be one of the best retailers I have dealt with in 50 years nothing was a problem. Robyn in refrigeration was great as were the cashier staff. Have bought numerous items there and am really pleased with the service including customer relations from Haier I have never dealt with a better co. For service highly recommend Haier and the good guys

He warmly introduced himself when I entered the store so I was sure to track him down when I was ready to purchase. Great customer service. I visited the store and observed customer service at its best. Proactive and knowledgable staff. When serving me and another customer was browsing, the staff member asked what they were looking for, directed them to that part of the store and then messaged staff to ensure someone was in that section ready and waiting because she was 'sending a customer that way'. Janice was her name. Well done - want you to know its appreciated

Our Air Conditioner stopped working after 6 months from purchaseIt cost $1400 ( Kelvinator)The staff were friendly but kept fobbing us off to different tradesman and nobody took responsibility for their work.They wouldn't honour their warranty at all.So don't rely on warranty at all.Any loop hole will be used not to help.Very dissatisfied and we had to find a tradesmen ourselves.It took 4 weeks and cost $350 to fix.I will go somewhere else for our next purchase.
