I’ve been here multiple times because my dad wouldn’t take me anywhere else, and every time was bad.Usually when I ask the barber for a fade I have to wait for someone else to cut my hair because only a few of them are able to do fades. Some of them CANT EVEN USE SCISSORS, which seems like an important thing to know as a barber.The waiting time for a haircut is outrages as I have had to wait hours, and the time it takes for them to cut your hair is also ridiculous.I am never going here again because I have never once had a good experience.Would rate it 0 stars if I could.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Not only was the very explicit music so loud you could hear it in Dusk like they were playing it but when I had walked in to first check if there was a spot available the shop was empty but they gave me an appointment for an hour later which was fine. An hour later came and then I continued waiting an extra hour. In that hour two of the hair dressers were talking more to their friends than doing their job. One of their friends even jumped into an unoccupied chair. I'm not sure if he had an appointment or not but if he didn't that was one of the most unprofessional things I've ever seen. I ended up walking out. Horrible from start to finish

Had a young guy with a cap come do my hair. Absokutely wrecked getting hit with the buzers. Raced through the cut and another staf member had to step in to fix his work.Turned out ok but defs wont come back

Asked for a little trim for my daughter , alot more was cut of than asked. The hair dresser didn't section the hair to cut it properly evenenly. She used clippers on her hair & if I didn't say something she would have kept using the clippers on the bottom of her hair unsectioned. My daughter hair is really thick straight on top wavy underneath & now is uneven.

They butchered my hairThe staff were nice, but they had a girl who had never cut hair before doing layers for me with a more senior staff member guiding her.Unfortunately she butchered my hair.

WHERE IS THE OPTION FOR -0 STARS????Cause I would give this place that rating.HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE!This was our first time going here for my husbands hair cut.The most simple cut you could ask for. And this has NEVER happened anywhere else.It is patchy and looks absolutely HORRIBLE.Obviously this place doesn't hire qualified hairdresses because my 10 year old sister could do a better job. And I wouldn't have to pay her $33 for it.NOT HAPPY, NOT COMING BACK, NOT RECOMMENDING And now my husband has to walk around like this for the next 6 weeks!Don't go here if you value your appearance and hard-earned money.Not to mention! The lady who was doing the cut was telling my husband the whole story about why she even had to work there and that another staff was mad that another staff got more work, and there was so much drama and blah blah... so unprofessional!AND!! The entire time all my husband could smell was cigarette smoke cause the stylist was a smoker and was up close and personal with him. It was a VERY VERY UNPLEASANT experience for him.

I got a haircut with my 5 month old baby in tow. The hairdresser was amazing! She managed to give me a great haircut whilst entertaining my baby. Other staff were also lovely with him and made me feel very comfortable with having him there. I really appreciated it.

I booked an appointment for colour and foils for 11am. I arrived at 10:50am , at 11:10am no one acknowledged I was even there, so I called another hairdresser who was able to do my hair.I walked out and still no one acknowledged this.

Conveniently located inside stockland nowra shopping centre. This salon busy especially before school goes back. Drop in and waits can be long. On two occasions I've been here with grandsons for hair cuts one young guy was exceptional, very patient and did great job on a not so easy 4 yr old. Another visit the lady seemed stressed and frantic to get through volume of clients waiting. Need more staff on these expected busy days.
